|Making A Purchase|
Making a purchase with McTunneys could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Cost of delivery will automatically be added to your order. Once you have successfully placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email, when your order leaves us you will receive a despatch confirmation email.We accept Debit and Credit card payments. When you are ready to pay click the buy now on the shopping basket page. You can pay using a credit or debit card through the online secure payment facility provided by Paypal.
McTunneys does not have access to any credit or debit card details.McTunneys Sweet Emporium does have the facility to take payments by phone, but these are subject to a 30p surcharge. No details will be held by us.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. We despatch orders Mon to Fri only. Your order will be despatched same working day if placed before 12 noon Monday – Friday,next working day if placed after this time. Customers should allow up to 4 days for delivery. (please be aware that Royal Mail do not consider a parcel as “missing” until 15 days after dispatch)Next day delivery items ordered on Friday will arrive Monday morningWe cannot accept responsibility for deterioration caused from adverse weather conditions once the goods have been despatched.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
