Naturally decaffeinated using pure mountain water from the highest peaks of Mexico, this coffee is 99.9% caffeine-free without the use of chemicals.

Grown at approximately 1,000 meters above sea level, the lower altitude contributes to larger beans and a smooth, low-acidity profile. The coffee features classic varietals including Bourbon, Caturra, Typica, and Catuaí.

This decaf is produced by smallholder farmers who deliver their harvest to the San Cristóbal de las Casas and Yajalón collection stations in northern Chiapas, just northeast of Tuxtla Gutiérrez.
